Douching – how to prepare for anal.
I've recently had a lot of subs asking me how to prepare for strap_on fun/anal. You should douche before visiting a Mistress if you expect to be indulging in any kind of strap_on training as a matter of hygiene and courtesy.
MOST Mistress (including myself) will expect you to do this at home BEFORE you reach your Mistresses destination. Having to potty train a sub in person is not a way I enjoy spending my time.
I have heard of attempts which involved the use of a 500ml coke bottle….which make for a rather scratchy experience! Whether you are preparing for anal sex, or using toys on yourself this guide should assist you in making it an all round more comfortable experience!
*The first thing is to purchase a douche. You can pick one these up from ebay for around $10 or from your local sex shop for around $30. I would suggest also purchasing a good lubricant to apply to the pipe/nib. My personal recommendation is to be a silicon based lube to make this as effortless as possible (if you are using condoms then a water based lube is recommended but use a little more than normal). You may need to apply this to the pipe after each douche.
If you are new to douching start with something like this with a thin tip.

*Fill your douche with warm water and ensure that it is mixed well, and is neither too hot or too cold. Ensure you test the temperature each time. Make sure it is filled to the brim before you replace the pipe to avoid filling yourself with air, as this can lead to discomfort and some rather unpleasant sound effects!
*Find a comfortable position that you can relax into. I suggest either squatting over the loo if you are reasonably fit or perhaps lying back in the bath with your knees up slightly.
*Squeeze the douche so that you start to fill up with water and when you feel full enough, slowly pull out the douche whilst tightening your muscles as you pull out. You will not need to clench when the tip is removed as muscles in the area tend to be pretty tight. Unless of course you are a fisting fanatic and your muscles in that area have been stretched somewhat!
*Relax for a moment and then empty once you are on the loo. Depending on the size of your douche you may need to stimulate your colon a little mid way through empty by massaging your tummy. If you are unsure as to whether you have emptied all the water out stand up, move around a little then return to the loo to see if any more has been dislodged. You should be able to feel if it has but don’t stress yourself over, take your time and relax.
*You may need to repeat procedure, refilling and emptying approximately 4 or 5 times, perhaps more to ensure you are completely cleaned out.
*Keep to hand wet wipes, and an antibacterial gel which you can pick up from any large store. When you have completed your douching then clean the loo. Then you can use the antibacterial gel to clean any taps you may have touched during your douching and also your hands. I would advise against using the anti-bacterial gel internally, especially if you are female as this can upset the ph of your vagina/back door and lead to yeast infections. You can also use the gel on your douche to ensure it’s squeaky clean for next time and use a disinfect on the pipe and inside the douche so it’s squeaky clean for next time. You can also use a bottle cleaner inside the douche kit to give it a good scrub.
*Finally take a nice warm shower and wash as normal. Now you should be ready for some bum love! Aside from feeling squeaky clean, you can be confident that your anal experience will free of any potential embarrassment.
Variations:
Many health experts are of the opinion that douching can be beneficial for your health, although as far as I know there are no actual clinical studies to prove this. I would avoid douching too regularly as you may wash our your healthy gut bacteria; if you have any concerns about this, add some live yoghurt with bio-cultures into your diet.
One method that is suggested by various health gurus to get your metabolism working efficiently, is too use coffee in your douche or enema bag. Make the coffee up first in a jug and then cool it with plenty of cold water so it is tepid. Next fill the douche with your diluted coffee mix and fill and empty yourself as in the steps above. . If you are using the coffee mix to kickstart your system then you can hold the liquid (coffee mix) in slightly longer than normally. Always unsure that your last douche is just water, although you may add a little pinch of salt to the mix, ensuring that it is thoroughly mixed first.
Green tea is reputed to have many health properties as it is an antioxidant and you can use this as an alternative if you are sensitive to caffeine. Make sure you mix this up first and remove the teabag before filling your douche!
There are many weird and wonderful variations on this including alcoholic enemas. This is a VERY bad idea. Not only is your backdoor a lot more sensitive than your mouth, but your rectum is also extremely absorbent and aside from possibly making yourself paralytic, you may also make yourself very ill, if not worse! In fact I wouldn’t recommend using any substitutes such as the coffee mix and green tea.
